TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Please come to your appointment alone

  • Please do not turn up to your appointment late to save you crossing over with other clients. If you are early please wait in your car until the appointment time

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled

  • If you are nervous of the pain you can apply EMLA cream 30 minutes before hand which can be purchased from any chemist

  • You must agree that you are a minimum of 18 years old (you will be asked to provide ID on arrival and no refunds will be made if you fail to provide this or this shows you are not a minimum of 18 years of age)

  • You must agree booking fees / deposits are non refundable. Bookings can be moved with a minimum of 48 hours notice

  • You must agree to notify of any allergies that you have and previous medical history on arrival

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Any cancellations must be given 48 hours notice in which to move your appointment, any less than this and your booking fee will be lost. All booking fees are non refundable

 

IMPORTANT

​

  • If you have booked an anti-wrinkle treatment with me and you are a new client you must attend a consultation appointment with my prescriber. This appointment is valid for 12 months, for further clarification please contact me

Sound baths, Pamper Packages & Mental Health Retreats policies:

1. Introduction: Welcome to Sculpture’s Secret Forest Sound Baths. By accessing and using our website, services, and booking systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

2. Booking & Payment: All bookings must be made through our website or via our authorised booking system. 

Payments are due at the time of booking.

We accept credit/debit cards.

3. Refund & Cancellation: Policy All bookings and services purchased at Sculpture’s Secret Forest Sound Baths are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept cancellations or provide refunds once a booking has been made. 

​

Please ensure that you are committed to attending your session 10 minutes before the scheduled time when completing your booking.

4. Health & Safety: Before participating in any sound bath, please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect your sound bath. 

​

Sculpture’s Secret Forest Sound Baths are not responsible for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur during or after the session.

5. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. 

​

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of providing services to you. 

We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

6. Liability Sculpture’s Secret Forest Sound Baths will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings or any physical injuries sustained during a sound bath.

Participants are responsible for their personal health and safety. 

​

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Sculpture’s Secret Forest Sound Baths.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
